Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The great location near the airport and friendly service were definite highlights. However, the dimly lit rooms due to pool noise and subpar dining experience were points to consider.
The hotel's location is convenient for travelers between international flights. The service was lacking in professionalism and privacy. The dining experience at the Perkins restaurant was a highlight.
I had a bit of a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms didn't provide the typical service I am used to as a Platinum at Marriott. It was a little challenging to find the nearest entrance to park my car, and the doors were not easy to get through with heavy suitcases, but the room itself was clean.
The hotel rooms were quite dated, and the furniture seemed worn out. The lighting wasn't great either, which is a common issue in hotels. However, the rooms did come equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, booked through Hotwire.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was excellent for the most part, with a great shower, but it had a musty smell and lacked the ability to cool below 68 degrees. The service was generally accommodating and friendly, although there was an unexpected room visit. The location was convenient to the airport but didn't quite match the hotel's beauty. The dining options were decent overall, with a good variety but some disappointing items like dry eggs and fake meat sausages. The facilities were satisfactory
The hotel was a bit challenging to find the nearest entrance to park my car, and the doors were not easy to navigate with heavy suitcases. The rooms were small but nice and clean, equipped with a fridge and microwave. The service was incredibly kind and welcoming, except for an early room entry without knocking on the day of departure. The location was convenient for trips to the airport, although the surroundings seemed run-down. The dining experience offered hot and abundant options, but it didn't match the beauty of the hotel. Overall, a cozy stay with minor inconveniences to note.
